The General Terms and Conditions apply to all services by Pelship Offshore SAL. Any other General Terms and Conditions, including the customer’s, will not be applicable. These notifications can be shared on a statement, invoice, or regular email.
- Our team is ready to assist and guide you through the entire procedure from drafting to validating your waiver: ECTN – BESC – BIETC – CTN… provided full set of correct documents is received.
- Failure to submit correct and full set of compulsory documentation as advised by Pelship team in due time is at the shipper’s /consignee’s / forwarder’s… own responsibility and may result in delay / rejection of waiver.
- Once a waiver is confirmed, it is considered as a validated document. No cancellation request will be accepted for any reason once this step is achieved.
- Prior to requesting your validated document, kindly make sure your invoice is settled via our online payment platform or by bank transfer and invoice reference is stated. Once payment is confirmed you will receive your validated copy.
- Release or rejection of a validated waiver is solely the decision of the authorities at destination. Same applies for penalties if imposed by them. No claim can be raised against Pelship Offshore SAL. These claims can be discussed with the concerned parties at destination.
