Each cargo with final destination Pointe Noire should be covered by an ECTN. Pelship Offshore SAL is the authorized agent for issuing ECTN for the Republic of Congo. Shippers / Forwarders are requested to follow the imposed procedure by the official authorities to avoid any difficulty or penalty upon clearing the goods at destination.

- TI Number issued by GUMAR in Pointe Noire
Regulations
- If amendment is requested after the 5 days, 50% of initial price penalty will be applied along with 20% of initial and penalty fees
- All e-CTN validations requested beyond five (5) working days after departure of the vessel exposes the shipper, importer, transporter and/or maritime forwarder to the payment of the eCTN cost plus 50%.
